Effective date: 20 September 2026 Pak Shop Manager stores the account and shop information needed to provide the service, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, product and inventory records, sales records, expenses, customer and supplier balances, and notification device identifiers. It does not execute JazzCash, easypaisa or bank transactions; it only records the information entered by users. We use this information to operate the application, synchronize authorized devices, calculate reports, send account and operational notifications, prevent abuse, and support users. Shop data is separated by shop and is available only to authorized shop users. Platform administrators manage accounts and service availability but do not use the administration console to browse or edit private shop ledgers. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Sensitive credentials and notification tokens are protected using the controls described by the service. No internet service can promise absolute security, so users should use strong passwords and protect their devices. Users may request correction or deletion of account information, subject to legal, audit and financial-record obligations.
