Effective date: 20 September 2026 Pak Shop Manager provides software for recording shop activity. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter and for checking reports before relying on them. The service does not transfer money, provide banking services, file taxes, or replace professional accounting or legal advice. You must keep your login details secure and may use the service only for lawful business activity. You must not attempt to access another shop, disrupt the service, upload malicious material, or use the service to misrepresent transactions. Prototype access may change, pause, or reset while the product is being tested. Keep an independent copy of important business records. Features, pricing and subscription terms may change before commercial release. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the period giving rise to a claim. These terms will be updated with the final business entity, governing law and commercial terms before public launch.
